ABOUT US
भारतीय संविधान के 97 वें संविधान संशोधन अधिनियम 2011 द्वारा जोडें गये अनुच्छेद 19 (ग) में भारत के सभी नागरिकों को संगम या संघ के साथ-साथ सहकारी समिति बनाने का मूल अधिकार अंतः स्थापित किया गया। संविधान के अनुच्छेद 43 (ख) में राज्य सहकारी समिति के ऐच्छिक गठन, स्वायत्त कार्यवाही, लोकत्रांत्रिक नियंत्रण और व्यावसायिक प्रबन्धन में वृद्धि करने हेतु राज्य सरकार के लिए नीति निदेशक तत्व निर्धारित किये गये है।Read more..
